Does conceptrol gel spermicide stay over cervix throughout sex or move around?
I was curious, with all of the thrusting motion, how does spermicide gel stay near cervix? Wouldn't it be moved? Also, I use Conceptrol gel along with a condom, how effective is that combined together? I would think maybe that if anything got out of the condom the spermicide would kill it.

spermicide sprays and gel are not that effective. When in use together with a condom they are more effective but unfortunately no contraceptive is 100% effective. I attached a link to contraceptive rates, it give you the fail rates instead of the effective rates, which is weird but it should give you an idea of some more options.
