can a week after sex show up on pregnancy test?

I know that it is best to wait five days after your missed period, so dont tell me that lol, i just want to know if i take a test exactly a week after i had sex would it possibly be an accurate reading? For example, my period is supposed to come on the 11th of this month, and today is the fourth. I had sex a week ago, so what are my chances of getting an accurate reading if i take it tomorrow? Has any of you done this and got a good reading?

It won't be very accurate at all. It's best to wait 2 weeks after sex to take a test.. Even then, it may not be completely accurate.. You may get a false-negative.
