Woman, During, prostitution, sting

Question by J B: Can a cop have sex with a woman during a prostitution sting?

If a woman has sex with a man, with no mention of money beforehand but he gives her money after wards, can she be arrested? What about if he decides to give her a card with money in it when they are done and she knew she was getting a gift but no amounts were specified prior to this? Maybe they just agreed to hang out but no specific plans for sex were made. I read an article on all these loopholes and about a cop that got suspended for having sex with a prostitute during a sting.

uh...no they can't; and there is a lot of difference from a guy handing a girl cash for sex without being asked than the situation "sting" described. Money is upfront in a prostitution sting; otherwise it's not prostitution.
